The school should create a safe learning environment, identify pupils who are suffering or at risk of harm and take suitable action. The school also needs to train staff in child protection. A child protection policy which includes procedures to be followed if a teacher or other member of staff is accused of harming a child.

DeleteGuidance classes in school should be brought! It's a precise step! It will advise & educate the students about the sexual abuse. Also a teacher can teach the students with perfection only. So yes, it will be very helpful if guidance classes are implemented in schools.

That's why schools have a major responsibility to create a safe environment for children to protect them from any kind of abuses. Schools should follow following safety precautions for it:-

• All the child safety guidelines including the child help line no: 1098 should be displayed on a board/poster/wall painting.
• Though all the teachers have a great responsibility to create a safe environment for children then also one lady & one male teacher including the HM should be designated to deal with such matters during school hours.
• A child protection policy & procedures should be followed strictly by the school if a teacher/any other staff of the school is accused of harming a child.

School is not less than a Temple and Students are the mini God & Goddesses.
This is very crucial and it depends that how we are treating, convincing and growing our kids.
We can plan a long-term strategy to secure our kids.
1) We can create a positive atmosphere where both genders will be getting same respect, care and opportunities.
2) Not only rules but all positive attitudes will be reflecting by Teachers behaviours.
3) Open talk and group works among peers and guardians along with Teachers can be organized in regular intervals.
4) Problems sharing programs of kids can be organized to search solutions seriously.
5 ) Guidance and Counselling Section can be formed to facilitate any types of Victims in School Concerns.
Many more such positive and helpful programs can bring Schools towards Secure Learning Institutions.

Conscious programs about child abuse should be organised in schools. Awareness activities n debating along with self protection training should be held at schools.

ReplyDeleteTeacher promotion କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ dead /resigned/retired ହୋଇଛି କି ନାହିଁ ଯେପରି inquiry ଅଛି କାରଣ duty କରିଆସୁଥିବା tr.ଙ୍କ ଏପରି କଥା ତାହାହେଲେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ resignedକରି ଅନ୍ୟ ଚାକିରୀ କରୁଥିବେ ତାଙ୍କର କଣ କିଛି ନାହିଁ। ଏପରି ଶିଶୁଙ୍କ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ନ ହୋଉ।

By interacting with the children in a friendly manner. Where they are free to discuss the problem with the teachers or councilors. By giving them space, time and care to express themselves.

All children, teachers, parents must gain knowledge regarding sex education and factors of sexual abuses. Lady teacher or a lady HM should be appointed ina school to guide the girls. Teachers should receive them and understand the children. There must be free atmosphere to express there feelings in school. Proper counselling and guidance of children must be taken. Problem sharing programmes of kids should be organised. School should provide information to parents and higher authority. Posters and student helpline no 1098 should be displayed on school wall. Drop box on the wall for expression of children thought and openion is nessasary. 1- Need to create a fear-free environment so that children can be fearlessly exposed without being exploited.
2-Try to understand the child.
3-The baby needs to be listened to properly.
4-The parents of the child need to be informed appropriately.
5. The higher authority needs to be informed.
