    Hands are very important parts for all. We are using hands in all purposes regularly. It is also coming in contact with every good and harmless things also. That is why we need to take care of this important part as it is the gateway of health and diseases too.
    Regular hand washing with proper rubbing and ringing can bring hygiene to all.
    We all should follow that rule and teach our kids to be serious about this for healthy future .

    1. Yes, our hand is the main thing to use ever time in our day to day life. But todays situation say's -don't use this. So, we have to follow todays policy for better life.

  2. COVID-19 is a very critical disease. It's symptoms are fever, cough,cold,sneeze. But if we take some preventions, then COVID can't affect us. And the most important precaution is washing our hand. We should wash our hand with soap and water for 40 seconds after our each work.

  3. The CDC recommends that individuals wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the toilet or when hands are visibly dirty, before eating and after blowing one's nose, coughing or sneezing.

    The CDC further recommends using an alcohol-based hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol, but only when soap and water are not readily available.

We should follow some precautions to avoid the spread of diseases because we all know that prevention is better than cure.we should wash our hand with soap and water in proper way to keep our hands germ free, we should wear mask. We should keep our folded elbow while cough and sneeze and always try to maintain social distance of already two metres.

  8. We should have follow the 6 steep of hand washing. Always wash our hand and feet when we come from out side .in our home and in our school we should have practice this for prevention of any kind of virus. PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.

  13. Some of the major safety precautions we should take to prevent us from Covid19 are as follows:-
    •Washig hands.
    •wearing clean dress, inners etc
    •Keep our sorrounding clean
    •Drink boiled water
    •Maintain social distance
    •Going out only if necessary.
    •Using mask, gloves
    • Clean our assessories regularly.
    • Avoiding hand-shakes and even touching other persons/things as much as possible.

  15. To avoid contamination of covid-19 virus We should wash our hands with soap and water for minimum 20 second and 60 percent alcohol based sanitizer in a regular intervals and after coming from outside, use mask,keep social distance etc.

Now-a-days It is important to live safe against covid-19.For daily maintenance needed mask,handwash properly,social distance for not only us but also whole world people.because government gave package for Corona all department except our department I.e.how we r take online training .Govt. gave increased Grade pay,basic pay increments with little work in office but not give package for Corona.
